If you present as homeless to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council you will be referred to the Housing Gateway. This Gateway is used to allocate the following temporary accommodation:

Chaplins
Forsythia Close
Dalton Close
Gurnos Road Project
Private Sector Leasing

There are no longer any direct access hostels in Merthyr Tydfil. If you are assessed as being currently homeless with a support need your Housing Solutions Officer will complete the relevant referral for you.
