You can register for a swap on HomeSwapper or many people advertise on social media that they are wanting to swap. 

You will need to seek permission of your Community Landlord to swap properties, you can not just swap wihtout your landlord being aware and agreeing that the swap can happen. 

The Housing Solutions Team with MTCBC do not have any involvement with mutual exchanges and you will need to contact Home Swapper in relation to account registration or applications, and your landlord before a swap cna take place.
